Our Three Fulfillment Modes

Mode 1 — Domestic Secure Delivery (USA to USA)

For buyers within the United States, we provide seamless domestic logistics via our trusted insured carrier partners, including Parcel Pro (UPS). Your authenticated asset is packaged discreetly and dispatched with full insurance coverage and real-time tracking.

• Insured Domestic Express — $85.00 flat rate for orders up to $9,999
• Complimentary Secure Transport — Complimentary for orders of $10,000 and above
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Mode 2 — International Secure Delivery (USA to Global)

For our international buyers across Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Europe, and beyond, we coordinate expert cross-border logistics with full export documentation, customs clearance support, and comprehensive insurance coverage for the full declared value of your asset.

• Insured International Secure Shipping — $195.00 for orders up to $9,999
• Premium Global White-Glove Shipping — $295.00 for orders $10,000–$29,999
• VIP Global Secure Transport — Complimentary for orders of $30,000 and above
• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Mode 3 — Global Intake Service (International Sellers to USA)

For sellers located outside the United States who wish to consign their assets to our Authentication Center, we provide a specialized Global Intake Service. This includes inbound shipping coordination, import documentation guidance, and full insurance coverage during transit to our facility.

To initiate a Global Intake consignment, please contact our concierge team for a personalized intake label and customs clearance instructions. This ensures your asset is properly insured and cleared upon arrival at our Authentication Center.

Insurance & Security

Every shipment handled by Huiliu Global is 100% insured for its full authenticated value. We partner exclusively with carriers and logistics specialists experienced in the secure transport of high-value luxury assets. No item leaves our facility without verified packaging, documentation, and insurance confirmation.

Returns & Disputes

As a marketplace facilitator, all sales on Huiliu Global are final upon buyer confirmation. In the rare event of a dispute regarding item condition or authenticity, our concierge team will mediate in accordance with our Authentication Guarantee. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you have any concerns.
