Our Authentication-First Fulfillment Promise

At Huiliu-Global, every item sold through our platform undergoes a rigorous verification process before it reaches you. We do not ship directly from seller to buyer. Every transaction is routed through our secure Authentication Hub — because your confidence in what you receive is non-negotiable.

How Our Fulfillment Process Works

Step 1 — Seller Submission (1–3 Business Days) Upon successful payment, the seller is notified and required to ship the item directly to our secure Authentication Hub. All inbound shipments are tracked and logged upon arrival.

Step 2 — Expert Authentication & Condition Review (1–2 Business Days) Our certified specialists conduct a strict multi-point authentication and condition assessment on every item. This includes provenance verification, material analysis, and detailed condition grading. Items that do not meet our standards are rejected and the buyer is notified immediately with a full refund.

Step 3 — Insured Delivery to Buyer (2–4 Business Days) Once an item passes authentication, it is professionally packaged and shipped to you via FedEx or UPS, fully insured for its declared value. A direct adult signature is required upon delivery — no exceptions. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on seller location, item complexity, and carrier conditions. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Coverage & Insurance

All outbound shipments are fully insured for the item's transaction value. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, our team will manage the claims process on your behalf. You will not bear any financial risk from the moment the item leaves our Authentication Hub.

International Orders

We ship to select international destinations. International buyers are solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees imposed by their country of destination. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Huiliu-Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your item has been dispatched from our Authentication Hub, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may track your order directly via the FedEx or UPS website.
