Return & Liquidity Policy

Certified Archives (Pre-Owned): We stand behind our authenticated assets. Eligible pre-owned items can be bought back by our platform within 30 days of purchase at a guaranteed baseline value, providing you with ultimate liquidity.

Vault Fresh (Brand New): To guarantee the pristine condition of our new inventory, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted unless a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue is reported to our authentication team within 48 hours of delivery.

Seller Payment Process
