To honor the significance of each acquisition and to uphold the highest standards of US financial compliance, we have designed a secure, two-stage payment process modeled on private banking protocols.

Stage 1 — Initial Deposit (20%): Secure Your Piece Immediately

Upon checkout, clients are required to place a 20% Initial Deposit via credit card. This deposit serves a singular, critical purpose: it immediately and irrevocably removes the piece from the global market, reserving it exclusively for you.

Given the one-of-a-kind nature of every item in our collection, no two clients may hold a claim on the same piece. Your deposit is your guarantee.

Your 20% deposit is processed instantly and securely via Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment infrastructure.

Stage 2 — Balance Settlement (80%): Private Invoice Within 24 Hours

Due to strict financial security protocols governing high-value asset transactions under US regulations, the remaining 80% balance cannot be processed via standard credit card channels. This is not a limitation — it is a protection.

Within 24 hours of your deposit confirmation, our financial team will issue a Stripe Official Secure Invoice directly to your registered email address. The balance may be settled via:

• ACH Direct Debit — for US-based clients (recommended for seamless, bank-to-bank security)
• Bank Wire Transfer — for international clients and those preferring direct institutional transfer

Both methods are fully traceable, insured, and compliant with US anti-money-laundering (AML) standards.

Fulfillment & Shipment

Your item will remain securely held at our facility. Fulfillment and shipment to our Authentication Hub will commence strictly upon full balance clearance. This ensures that every item entering our authentication pipeline is fully settled — protecting both the buyer's investment and the integrity of our verification process.
