Use this form to begin a controlled Huiliu review. We assess authenticity signals, category fit, photos, documentation, customs readiness, logistics feasibility, and potential selling route before any offer, consignment, auction, or public listing is confirmed.
Route A — Direct offer review
For pieces with clear information and strong market fit. Any offer range is reviewed and confirmed before settlement.
Route B — Consignment / auction
For pieces that need exposure, buyer matching, B2B circulation, or live auction testing before final sale.
Route C — Specialist authentication
For unclear, high-value, or higher-risk pieces where additional specialist review is needed before promotion.
Information we need
- Clear front, back, side, close-up, natural-light photos, plus short video if possible.
- Weight, dimensions, material, condition, certificate, receipt, appraisal, or previous documentation.
- Known source / ownership history, current location, target price, and preferred route.
- For seller inventory: SKU, product category, customs origin, HS code if known, and packed weight.
After you submit
- Initial screening — category, image quality, weight, documentation, and market fit are reviewed.
- Route recommendation — direct offer, consignment, auction, B2B, or authentication-first path.
- Confirmation — logistics, insurance, customs, listing terms, and settlement are confirmed before transfer.
- Tracking — approved cases are handled through a documented internal workflow.
All submissions are subject to Huiliu review, legal compliance, customs requirements, shipping feasibility, product authenticity checks, marketplace rules, and written confirmation.
