Huiliu-Global offers an industry-first 30-Day Value Preservation Buyback Programme, providing buyers with guaranteed protection within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Dual-Track Buyback Options

• 80% Cash Out — Partial refund returned to the original credit card via Stripe. Processing time: 5–7 business days.
• 85% Store Credit — Issued as a Shopify Gift Card with no expiry date, redeemable immediately across the entire store.

Net Value Calculation

The 80% or 85% ratio applies to the net item price only. Shipping fees, insurance, taxes, and third-party authentication fees are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

• Items must be returned in Mint Condition — identical to the condition at time of dispatch. Any scratches, wear, or modifications will result in a proportional deduction.
• All original documentation must be returned, including original packaging, official authentication certificate, and original receipt.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Full-value shipping insurance is strongly recommended. Huiliu-Global accepts no liability for loss or damage in transit.
• Buyback requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
