Inbound Shipping (Seller to Authentication Lab)

Upon acceptance of your submission, Huiliu Global arranges fully insured, white-glove courier pickup at no cost to the seller. All items are transported via GPS-tracked, climate-controlled vehicles with insurance coverage up to the full appraised value of the item.

Pickup is available throughout the continental United States and Canada. International submissions are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for details.

Insurance Coverage

Every item is insured from the moment it is collected from the seller until it is delivered to the buyer or returned to the seller. Insurance coverage is provided at no additional cost and covers the full authenticated appraised value.

Item Returns

If your item does not sell at auction, it will be returned to you fully insured at no cost within 10 business days of auction close. Items are returned in the same condition as received, with full photographic documentation provided.

Buyer Delivery

Sold items are delivered to verified buyers via fully insured, white-glove logistics. Delivery timelines vary by destination. All deliveries require signature confirmation.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event of damage during transportation, our insurance coverage ensures full compensation at the authenticated appraised value. Claims are processed within 5 business days.
